On March 26, from 10:00 – 11:00 am, Lisa M. Colone, Chair of the CSG Law Securities Enforcement Group, will serve as a moderator at the 2025 Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) C&L Annual Seminar in Austin, Texas. Ms. Colone will moderate the “A Complex Frontier: Growth in State Laws and Regulation” panel that will cover state securities laws, key legislative topics, views on remote supervision, and state enforcement trends.
