Seton Hall University School of Law: Attorney’s Duty of Technological Competence – Issues Relating to Algorithmic Bias & Professional Ethics
On November 14, from 2:45 – 4:30 pm, Frank Xavier Wukovits, an Associate in the CSG Law Tech, Privacy and Data Innovations Group, will serve as a speaker at Seton Hall University School of Law’s Data Privacy & Security Compliance Certificate Program. Mr. Wukovits’ panel, “Attorney’s Duty of Technological Competence – Issues Relating to Algorithmic Bias & Professional Ethics,” will discuss the latest updates on data privacy laws, regulations, compliance strategies and AI governance practices.
