Six CSG Law Attorneys Named to ROI-NJ Influencers: Power List 2025

The selections for the ROI-NJ Influencers Powers list were made by the editorial team after reviewing events from 2024 and consulting with more than 48 key business leaders from a wide variety of sectors.
Giantomasi has been a pillar on various Power and Real Estate lists throughout the state for many years. According to ROI-NJ, “he is recognized as a leader in planning, zoning and development law, including tax abatement law for the city of Newark and urban areas.”
Jason Holt is a seasoned attorney with more than two decades of experience in local government, municipal corporations, turnaround strategy, litigation and fiscal management, ROI-NJ said.
Marie L. Mathews provides strategic direction to the firm and exceptional counsel to clients. As noted by ROI-NJ, Marie was recently elevated to Managing Member, and “she has previously served in a variety of management roles at the firm including as practice group leader of the litigation group and deputy general counsel.”
Glenn L. Stein serves as a trusted legal advisor and counselor to clients. ROI-NJ said Glenn’s “diverse corporate practice involves M&A, private equity and venture capital transaction and corporate restructurings, among other areas.”
Lee Vartan is well known for his practice in the New Jersey and New York area. “Widely recognized as one of the region’s premier criminal defense and trial attorneys, he regularly represents individuals and companies in high-stakes investigations and prosecutions,” the publication said.
Dennis Toft is a renowned environmental lawyer who is highly regarded as one of the state’s leading Brownfields redevelopment practitioners. “[Dennis is] the definition of an industry thought and leader and icon,” according to ROI-NJ.
