Abigail M.L. Luhn practices in the firm’s Surety & Fidelity Group.

Before joining CSG Law, Abigail was an associate at an international firm where she handled various litigations including product liability, personal injury, commercial, and insurance defense, as well as pro bono matters. She clerked for the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, and contributed to numerous published opinions concerning civil, criminal, and family law matters.

Abigail earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the College of the Holy Cross, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and her J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, she was recognized for her Outstanding Contribution to the Civil Litigation Clinic for completing a record-breaking number of pro bono hours and writing a brief that resulted in an appellate victory. Abigail also received the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in Labor/Employment Law, and Appellate Advocacy awards for Best Appellate Brief and Oral Argument.

While in law school, Abigail interned for the Honorable Michael L. Ravin, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Criminal Part, and was a research assistant to Paula A. Franzese, Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law. She also interned at the Mercer County Prosecutors Office and was a summer associate at an international firm prior to her clerkship.

Abigail is conversational in Russian and Spanish.
