Andrew Ross Simon focuses his practice on employment and labor-related matters, leveraging his experience as a former Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General with the Labor Enforcement Section.

Andrew pivoted to law following a career as a special education teacher in Queens, N.Y. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Patty Shwartz at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, in the litigation bureau at the Office of the New York State Attorney General, and for the Honorable Stewart D. Aaron at the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York.

Andrew earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law where he was a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, Vol. 53, a Dean’s Scholar, a member of the Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Board, and a Leadership Fellow.

Andrew earned his MEd, in special education and teaching, from Long Island University as part of the New York City Teaching Fellows and his B.A., cum laude, in English and history, from Binghamton University. He also studied abroad at Imperial College London.
