Ann Clogan focuses her practice on estate and tax planning ranging from high-net worth individuals to families. She assists clients with succession and legacy planning by providing tax-efficient solutions that meet their goals.

Ann also counsels clients in estate and trust administration matters and helps clients with complex estate administration tasks, filing of estate and inheritance tax returns and other probate matters that arise.

In addition, Ann’s practice includes pro bono work with experience in formation and filing for tax exempt status for non-profit organizations and also estate planning for low-income individuals.

Ann joined CSG Law after serving as a summer associate. As a law student, she was the Executive Editor of the Houston Business and Tax Law Journal, Secretary of the Evening Law Student Association, Honor Board Presenter from 2020-2021, and member of the Interscholastic Moot Court Team in 2021-2022. She previously worked as a law clerk for a Texas-based law firm and a municipality. She also interned for a Fintech start-up that focuses on estate and trust administration.

Ann transitioned to the practice of law after a career in education. She is fluent in French.
