Industry Experience
Brittany A. Manna practices with the firm’s Litigation Group. Drawing from her invaluable experience in the courtroom setting, she supports businesses and individuals engaged in complex litigation matters and assists in drafting pleadings motions, briefs and other legal documents.
Additionally, Brittany handles special education matters, and she uses her skills as a litigation attorney to advocate for parents on behalf of their children with special needs and to secure appropriate special education services and placements for those children. She has also provided many hours to pro bono clients through the Volunteer Lawyer for Justice’s Children’s Representation Program.
Prior to joining CSG, Brittany gained a significant, firsthand understanding of legal process during her time serving in well-respected judicial clerkships and internships – including for The Honorable Michael A. Petrolle of the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Criminal Division, The Honorable Joseph A. Dickson, U.S.M.J. (retired) of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and The Honorable William J. McGovern III, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Civil Division. She has also gained a private practice perspective as a former clerk with a New Jersey-based litigation boutique.
