Overview
Erica Peralta is an associate in the CSG Law Environmental Group. As part of her practice, she combines her scientific background and knowledge of the law to serve her clients.
She focuses her practice on a wide range of environmental regulatory and transactional matters, as well as insurance coverage. She has assisted in matters involving Brownfield redevelopment, site remediation, real estate and corporate transactions, as well as regulatory compliance and permitting.
Before joining CSG Law, Erica was as an associate at two northern New Jersey law firms where she represented insurance companies, private commercial clients and individuals in environmental, maritime, commercial transportation, premises liability and product liability claims. Erica also interned at The Nature Conservatory, a global environmental nonprofit, and the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Erica earned her LL.M. in Environmental Law from Pace University Elisabeth Haub School of Law. She attended New York Law School where she earned her J.D. and completed coursework resulting in an Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate. Erica received her B.S., in biology, at Manhattan College. Prior to attending law school, Erica worked as a veterinary laboratory technician in the parasitology field.
