Nicholas J. Dimakos practices in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group, advising a broad range of clients with their estate planning needs.

Before joining CSG Law, Nicholas was a partner at a boutique firm in northern New Jersey, where he practiced fiduciary litigation and estate planning, including preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives for healthcare.

Prior to this position, he was a member at a mid-sized regional law firm, where his practice focused primarily on trusts and estates litigation. Prior to entering private practice, Nicholas clerked for the Honorable Peter E. Doyne, A.J.S.C. (Ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey.

Nicholas earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review. He earned his B.S., magna cum laude, in International Business with a minor in French from The College of New Jersey.
