As a seasoned patent attorney, Dr. Xuezheng (“John”) Wang provides counsel on the procurement of U.S. and international patents, managing post-grant proceedings, and resolving patent infringement disputes. John focuses his practice on patent drafting and prosecution and patent litigation.

Before joining CSG Law, John practiced patent law as an associate at two IP boutique law firms and managed IP departments at two technology companies located in California.

In addition to a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, John has an extensive engineering background with a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, College Park, a M.S. from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a B.S. from Tsinghua University.
