American Bar Association: 2025 Fidelity and Surety Law Spring Conference – Custom Bonds and Bankruptcy: A Primer
On May 22 – 23, Brian Kantar, Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Surety & Fidelity Group, will serve as the Program Co-Chair of the 2025 American Bar Association’s Fidelity and Surety Law Spring Conference. Additionally, Mr. Kantar, along with Scott Zuber, Chair of the CSG Law Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group, will be featured on the panel, “Custom Bonds and Bankruptcy: A Primer” during the conference. They will provide insight into the mechanics of Customs Bonds, the implications of liquidation and claims, and the unique challenges that arise in bankruptcy proceedings.
