4 CSG Law Members Named ROI-NJ Influencers: Women in Business for 2025

Marie Mathews, in her role as CSG Law’s Managing Member, is responsible for providing the firm’s overall strategic direction and overseeing the day-to-day management of CSG Law’s business affairs. Marie has served as Practice Group Leader of the Litigation Group and Deputy General Counsel to the firm. Her legal practice focuses on complex commercial matters in New York and New Jersey federal and state courts, as well as forums for alternative dispute resolution. Danielle Corcione, Chair of the Litigation and ESG & Sustainability Groups, is a trusted C-suite advisor who helps companies and boards navigate significant and complex white-collar investigations. Danielle is an experienced federal trial lawyer and strategic advisor who has represented individual, government, and corporate clients in high-stakes regulatory matters pending before the DOJ, SEC, FDA, and other regulatory bodies. Lisa Colone, Chair of the Securities Enforcement Group, served as a Vice President in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)’s Department of Enforcement before joining the firm. She has deep insights into FINRA’s priorities and practices, as well as self-regulatory organizations (SROs) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Lisa previously served as FINRA’s Department of Enforcement Chief Counsel and Senior Regional Counsel. Cases supervised by Lisa have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and the Philadelphia Inquirer, among many others. Lisa has also been included in NJBIZ’s Leaders in Law (2024).
Amanda Miceli, a Member in the firm’s Surety & Fidelity Group, litigates commercial and contract surety matters in both New Jersey and New York. She works closely with clients in developing and executing complex settlement strategies. Outside of litigation, Amanda advises clients regarding claim investigation, contract issues and risk management. Amanda recently formed the Women’s Surety Claims Collaborative and was named an Emerging Leader of the American Bar Association’s Fidelity and Surety Law Committee. She has also been included in The Best Lawyers in America® “Ones to Watch,” Commercial Litigation (2022-2025).
