New Jersey Hospital Association: AI in Healthcare – AI Vendor Vetting and Contracting
On October 15, from 1:00 – 2:00 pm, Frank Xavier Wukovits, an Associate in the CSG Law Tech, Privacy and Data Innovations and Corporate Groups, will speak at New Jersey Hospital Association’s “AI In Healthcare” seminar. More specifically, Mr. Wukovits’ panel, “AI Vendor Vetting and Contracting,” will discuss practical aspects of AI vendor contracting and key contract provisions. Conducting due diligence on artificial intelligence vendors, including risk assessment, transparency, and compliance alignment, is critical to developing compliant AI programs.
