National Business Institute: Land Use and Zoning in New Jersey – From Application to Appeal
On December 12, Jennifer M. Porter, Practice Group Leader of the CSG Law Redevelopment, Land Use & Zoning Group, will speak at the National Business Institute’s online seminar, “Land Use and Zoning in New Jersey: From Application to Appeal.” Ms. Porter will participate in two segments – “Navigating the Subdivision Process” from 10:45 – 11:30 am, followed by “Meetings, Hearings, and Dealing with Objectors” from 11:30 am – 12:15 pm. She will discuss key strategies for successful land development, including subdivision regulations, due diligence, the application and approval process, inspections, dedications and vacations, fulfilling conditions, collaborating with surveyors and engineers, and preparing plats and documentation for new titles.
